- Strategic leadership and coordination of a cross functional team of sales, engineers, service technicians, customer service, product management and finance including aligning team resources and structure in order to effectively execute global sales strategy.
- Demonstrated experienced driving a corporate sales strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
- Direct management of team including annual reviews, personal development and objective setting in line with corporate objectives.
- Develop strategic growth plans aimed at increasing market share and driving strategically important corporate objectives.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts for presentation to VAT management.

Establish relationship with executives of key accounts.
- Completed commercial or technical studies (Masters/MBA) with a minimum of 5 years of accomplished sales management experience.
- Experienced in equipment business of SEMI and vacuum industries or similar is a plus.
- Working experience in an international group.
- Strong track record in business development and achieving sales targets. Manage annual and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Experience managing a global account for a publicly traded company preferred.
- Proven negotiation skills at C-level.
- Must be highly proficient with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Dynamics CRM, Office applications and WebEx.
- Vacuum Technology and system architecture knowledge required.
