Aufgaben
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement integrated communication and marketing strategies
- Plan and execute audience-specific campaigns across channels
- Manage our websites and social media channels (including community management)
- Create and coordinate content for social media and our homepage
- Write and edit media releases, partner materials, and presentations
- Lead proactive agenda setting to increase visibility and engagement
- Organize and manage impactful events and campaign formats
- Analyze data and define optimization measures
- Maintain and work with our CMS tools
What we’re looking for
- A solid educational background (ideally in communications/marketing)
- Several years of hands-on experience in similar roles
- A highly organized team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fast learner, strong interpersonal skills, creative and structured thinker
- Confident using digital communication tools and platforms
- Excellent command of German / English (written & spoken) is a must
