To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Commis de Rang for the coming winter season 2025/2026 for the opening of our Greek restaurant Neora!
Key Responsibilities
- Serving meals & announcing at the table
- Bread, butter and water service
- Food running from the kitchen pass to the Neora restaurant
- Supporting the chef de rang in evening service
- Daily mise en place work
- Cleaning work in the restaurant and office
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
- Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
