Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) are deep technical advisors supporting Enterprise customers to deliver unique value by removing blockers to consumption within their given Solution Area. CSAs provide risk assessments and tuning to operate and optimize a customer’s cloud or on-premise environment.
Responsibilities
As a CSA for Business Applications focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will lead technical strategy and architecture for workloads such as Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights. You will drive adoption of AI-infused capabilities including Copilot, Agentic AI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform integrations.
While the focus is on CE, experience or partial coverage of F&O is welcome. Given the customer-facing and transformation-driven nature of CE workloads, this role benefits from a higher level of seniority and strong business acumen to ensure impactful engagement and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and architecture for D365 CE workloads.
- Drive adoption of Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Deliver production-ready solutions and unblock technical challenges.
- Collaborate with CSAMs, STU, and Delivery Partners.
- Ensure security, resiliency, and performance of CE solutions.
- Support customer skilling and change management.
- Contribute to repeatable IP and Factory delivery models.
