Your team
You'll be working in the Connectivity Solution team in Zürich. We are responsible for the client onboarding and daily support for our clients which have the UBS product AssetLink (data feed) or KeyLink (e-banking system for professional) and several other services. Another main task is the performance control / support and cost price changes in the
asset statements in addition we are also involved in different optimization projects. Next daily client interaction we also have many projects revolving around the technical interface inside the bank.
Your expertise
• commercial / bank education or equal initial education (upper education is a plus)
• fluent German and English, both verbal and written
• first experience in a bank is a plus, but is not required
• technical and analytical thinking
• team player, autonomous and client-focused
• client interaction and project experience
• aptitude for digitization and technology
