Client Activations Intern (W/M)

Job responsibilities
As part of Hublot’s global Retail Team, we are looking for a Client Activations Intern. This role will coordinate and support client activations across Hublot’s international retail network. The ideal candidate will thrive in guiding Markets and Boutiques to ensure excellence in client activation execution and brand alignment, and be eager to contribute to other cross-functional projects within the HQ Retail department.
You will be:
- Based in Nyon, Switzerland
- A member of the Global Retail Team
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee all client activations by reviewing proposals, providing feedback, and monitoring execution against KPIs
- Guide and support 15 Markets and 138 Boutiques on activation proposals and queries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maximizing client engagement
- Define and track key performance indicators for client activations (e.g., sales conversion rates, data collection), and report findings to top management
- Collaborate with the HQ Marketing Team to ensure client activations align with the brand DNA and visual identity
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities to drive client engagement and sales
Profile
Your profile:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to guide Markets/Boutiques toward excellence and brand consistency
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for collaboration across departments and international teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
