We are recruiting a Chef Concierge to join our Conciergerie Team.

Job Description
The Chief Concierge's mission will be to contribute, day after day, to the smooth running of his/her department in accordance with Mandarin Oriental guidelines and standards and local customs.
The Chief Concierge manages the Concierge services, as well as the Porter, Valet and Baggage Handling teams. The guest's impression of the quality of the Hotel and the warmth of the welcome depends largely on the contact perceived during their stay at the Hotel. For this reason, the Chief Concierge plays a vital relational role in ensuring customer satisfaction from the moment they arrive until they leave. He/she is also responsible for a number of administrative activities relating to the smooth running of the department and plays a key coordinating role with the other departments to meet or anticipate customer expectations and ensure their complete satisfaction.
Finally, he/she functions as both a Service Manager and a full-time Concierge.
Job Requirements:
- French & English fluently, another language a plus !
- Ideally 5 years experience in a 5-star hotel and minimum of 5 years in Conciergerie
- Preferably already in a position within a luxury hotel in Geneva, in Switzerland or in Europe.
- Impeccable professional image combined with good ethics and values
- Outstanding communication skills

- Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
- Must possess excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Approachable, open-minded and fair
- Ability to multi-task and balance the priorities of the position.
