Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via phone and email
- Enter and update customer data in the system (CRM)
- Forward complex issues to the responsible departments
- Support sales activities by informing customers about promotions and offers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards
Requirements:
- Completed education (ideally commercial background) or comparable experience
- First experience in a call center or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written), English and/or French are an asset
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently, reliability, and team spirit
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required
