This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for efficiently ensuring material availability, taking into account cost optimization, on-time delivery and compliance with the required specifications. Independent handling of the entire procurement process – from the needs check and order initiation to incoming goods and invoice verification – including supplier complaints, in compliance with the company's internal purchasing guidelines
The working model for the role is: Mainly on-site / home office of 1 day.
They are mainly responsible for:
Independent handling of the entire purchasing process – from the determination of requirements to ordering and goods receipt to invoice verification. Processing of complaints as well as coordination of imports and customs clearance.
Ensuring on-time and cost-optimized material availability. Active problem solving in the event of delivery delays and disruptions as well as monitoring supplier performance.
Close coordination with internal departments (e.g. planning, warehouse, SCM) and external suppliers to ensure smooth processes.
Maintenance of master data, compliance with relevant purchasing, quality and safety guidelines as well as collaboration in optimization projects.

Qualifications for the role
Basic commercial, technical or logistical training
Further training in the field of operational purchasing
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs for reporting tasks
In-depth knowledge of SAP, MM modules
Assertiveness and communicative skills
Outgoing and trustworthy personality
Initiative, developing ideas
