Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within an exiting client portfolio of brands in the Swiss market, cross-industries
- Jointly lead a named book of business together with designated Client Solutions Manager.
- Lead and grow local & global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
- Deepen the penetration of your book of business.
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the Swiss market.
- Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews with brands and agencies.
- Swiftly navigate negotiations on C-Level to unlock incremental opportunities and steer client relationships even on the highest level.
- Design compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, industry insights and 3rd party data.
- Collaborate cross functionally to continuously improve TikTok's products, processes and client relationships.
