THE ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the WINS program (Wella Company Equity LTI plan), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Employee Communication on WINS and managing of documentation
- Other Reward related topics supporting Global Reward COE teams on Compensation, Benefits and Mobility
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree and proven experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits
- Knowledge of equity plans / LTI programs is a plus
- Strong communication skills and experience working with global and cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including stakeholder management across functions and regions
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
