We're looking for an AI Product Research Specialist to join our team and help push the boundaries of what's possible when AI meets education.
Tasks
- Lead research to improve our AI-powered assessment and feedback systems
- Collaborate on AI product discovery by aligning technical innovation with customer value
- Design and implement rapid prototypes to validate new ideas in educational AI
- Define evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure model quality
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to translate research insights into implementable solutions
- Help shape our AI strategy and research roadmap, initiatives, including external collaborations
- Solid background in Machine Learning/AI or a related field (MSc/PhD or equivalent) with 3+ years of hands-on research experience
- Skilled in rapid prototyping and turning research into real-world applications
- Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and model evaluation
- Proficiency in Python for research, experimentation, and rapid iteration
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and product teams; German skills are a big plus
