Your Role
As our AI Adoption Consultant in Nyon, you will be accountable for ensuring the technical feasibility of our solution implementations and ensuring the team is able to technically deliver the projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis
- Identify AI opportunities, pain points, and prioritize initiatives
- Define personas, needs, user journeys, and assess feasibility
- Document use cases with user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics
- Adoption & Change Management
- Develop and execute adoption strategies for Copilot for M365 (basic to advanced)
- Create communication, training, and measurement frameworks
- Engage stakeholders across all levels to ensure adoption success
- Solution Alignment
- Support solution design to align business needs with technical recommendations
- Act as the AI adoption voice within Stellium and at customer engagements
- Define lightweight governance guidelines (roles & responsibilities, data security, usage boundaries)
- Ensure use cases comply with security, compliance, and ethical AI principles
- Support customers in implementing governance models for Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and other AI solutions
Your Profile
- Strong understanding of Microsoft collaboration and AI platforms (M365, Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio)
- Experience with Generative AI solutions
- Understanding of AI governance principles (data security, compliance, responsible AI)
- Familiarity with Microsoft governance models for M365, Power Platform, and AI solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Adoption Framework
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
