Mission

Assist the Relationship Manager(s) EAM in serving the bank’s external asset managers, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.

Main responsibilities

Join the EAM team as an Account Manager, where you'll take ownership and manage multiple client portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity to become an operational expert and a key point of contact both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support several client portfolios with ownership and dedication.
• Support Relationship Managers in all their activities.
• Assist the team in completing client instructions received through the team email inbox.
• Process daily bank activities for external asset managers and their managed clients, including stock exchange and Foreign Exchange (FX) orders, fiduciary deposits, and payment orders.
• Conduct calls with EAM clients and take over dedicated tasks for the EAM team.
• Maintain relationship with the Geneva colleagues.
• Provide general administrative support and troubleshooting, such as account openings and closings, credit card applications, document renewal exercises, and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s internal directives.

This is a 100% role located in Zurich.

  • Certification: Bachelor degree, banking apprenticeship, CYP, or similar

  • Experience required:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a WM Assistant role.

  • Excellent presentation skills
