  • prioritize and manage book of work with key stakeholders

Your team

In Operations we are the experts in how the firm operates.

You will be working as service manager within Client Lifecycle & Servicing, P&C Operations in Zurich where you will be working with Operations teams all over Switzerland managing services and processes both from a change as well as from a maintenance perspective. The role also requires you to build a strong network across the firm to ensure efficient and effective front to back processes.

  • fluent in German and English
