We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Urdorf.
Key responsibilities:
- Receiving and recording orders and other customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Recording and processing customer complaints, return receipts, credit notes and transport damage
- Processing lease and purchase agreements in German and French
- Customer relationship management, changes to terms and conditions, and CRM monitoring
- Planning direct deliveries
Key requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, retail trade or commercial school required
- Customer sales experience
- Affinity for technology
- High willingness to learn
- Dedicated and communicative personality
- Very good French and German language skills, Italian is an advantage
Salary: 70'000 – 90'000 CHF (depends on experience in the field of CSR)
