Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. The role includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks on both Windows and Mac systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows & macOS) and applications.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
- Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Support network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems, and remote desktop tools.
- Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: CHF4’000.00 - CHF5’000.00 per month
