What You Can Expect
The Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA Commercial, will lead a team of Talent Advisors supporting EMEA Sales and Marketing hiring needs. This role can be remotely located, however presence within our Zug Switzerland European headquarters monthly/bi-monthly is required. Therefore, preference given to Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria or Northern Italy.
How You'll Create Impact
- Lead a team of Talent Partners focused on roles up to Director level within the EMEA Sales function. This includes supporting the team with daily questions and challenges, providing recognition and feedback, and ensuring the team is meeting or exceeding recruiting standards and the company’s hiring needs.
- Closely align and partner with HRBP’s and leaders within the Sales function to determine workforce needs, metrics and KPI reviews, and recruiting strategies.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the business to align talent strategies and guide talent decisions.
- Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
- Drive pipeline growth and sourcing activities.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Your Background
- 8+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner
- 3+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
