SHOWROOM ASSISTANT (F/M/D) – 50-60% Zürich
Our goal is for every visitor to our Zurich showroom to experience the Muuto brand world firsthand – with all its warmth, hospitality, and inspiration. As a Showroom Assistant, you'll take on responsibility for this experience. You'll manage the showroom's operational processes and actively contribute to the brand's presence, in close collaboration with our Sales Managers and DACH Sales Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining the exhibition in accordance with the Visual Merchandising Guidelines
- Conducting and accompanying customer appointments in the showroom
- Planning, organizing, and supporting showroom events
- Willingness to occasionally work at the Muuto Space Lausanne
- Managing the externally stored sample furniture inventory
- Coordinating showroom updates in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team in Copenhagen
- Ensuring a well-organized inventory of samples, catalogs, material samples, etc.
- Working closely with the Sales team to successfully execute customer events
- Supporting the Sales team in day-to-day operations
- Organizing and handling sampling
YOUR PROFILE
- Passion for design and furniture – industry experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, service-oriented, and friendly personality
- Willingness to build and convey in-depth product knowledge
- Organizational skills, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
- Capability to work both highly independently and within a team
- Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook); experience with CRM systems (Dynamics) and pCon Planner is a plus
- Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of French is an advantage
