Group IT at Axpo is undergoing a transformation, introducing agile methods and insourcing IT services. As the Service Delivery Manager for Cloud & Infrastructure, you will ensure IT services meet business needs, driving stability, scalability, and continuous improvement across the Axpo Group.
What you will do:
- Lead service delivery for cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Manage the service delivery lifecycle, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Act as the primary contact for cloud and infrastructure services, collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers.
- Track and report service delivery metrics, presenting performance dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ITIL-based service management practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract performance for infrastructure services.
What you bring & who you are:
- Proven experience in IT Service Management (5+ years), with ITIL 4 certification.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and IT security considerations for cloud services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of network architecture, identity and access management, and tools like JSM or Power BI is a plus.
- Team-oriented, open to innovation, and engaged in global collaboration.
