How you make a difference
- As Scrum Master, you support our DevOps teams as a servant leader, empowering them to self-organize and to act with responsibility and initiative according to agile principles and roles.
- You motivate the teams to continuously improve and help them to clear obstacles out of the way.
- You create an environment in which the team can concentrate on value-added results, with particular emphasis on quality, reliability and customer focus.
- By engaging regularly with other Scrum Masters in the community, you develop new ideas and improve collaboration within the organization.
- As an agile leader, you shape the environment of the teams so that they can focus on delivering beneficial results and continue to develop.
- You support two agile development teams and coordinate with product owners and stakeholders.
What you have to offer
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience as a Scrum Master in large, agile-scaled organizations, are highly familiar with the SAFe framework and have solid experience in organizational change management.
- You have expertise in using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence and are able to use them in a targeted manner to promote transparency, teamwork and continuous improvement.
- As a flexible and independent individual, you take solution-oriented action to strike a neat balance between methodical theory and practice.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
- Your coordinating skills and your ability to think and act with foresight are what set you apart. You also have an engaging and assertive manner, as well as a respectful approach.
- You have a good spoken and written command of German and good knowledge of English.
