HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.
What you can expect:
- Ensure Product Quality consistency throughout all build phases, quality checkpoints, and testing, according to Company Quality Guideline Standards and timelines;
- Manage Quality KPI data collection and reporting, including surveys and databases, while ensuring regular reporting to HQ to maintain alignment with company requirements;
- Maintain and update company systems for official documents and certificates to ensure compliance;
- Address Quality Assurance issues with related departments to find solutions with no/minimal impact on Quality, cost, and delivery timelines;
- Partners with Development, Production, and Customer Service teams to maintain high FTW & ACC product Quality Standards and Quality Process Performance;
- Handle multiple tasks, from daily business operations to implementing improvements independently, working with interdepartmental teams, external partners, and vendors to meet Group targets;
- Contribute to cross-functional Quality projects and administrative activities.

Your profile:
- Possess solid experience in the FTW & ACC manufacturing industry; experience in quality inspections and monitoring will be considered a plus;
- Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP, PLM, and QI systems will be considered a plus;
- Be fluent in spoken and written English;
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Be a team player with a proactive and dynamic approach;
- Be willing to travel approximately 20% of the time, predominantly within Europe.
