For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a QC Associate in Visual Control AQL (m/f/d)
Background:
Our department is responsible for the analytical testing of drug products of commercial products with biological
active ingredients. With your application you are applying for a position as Laboratory Technician in the Acceptable
Quality Level (AQL) Squad within Quality Control Product Analytical Testing.
The perfect candidate has a completed vocational training and more than 2 years of experience in
pharmaceutical production. Furthermore, the person has GMP experience and more than 6 months
experience in visual inspection. Impeccable vision at close range is required, as well as
fluency in German and a conscientious, systematic and precise way of working.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Efficient, professional and timely performance of manual visual inspection of AQL
- AQL testing of liquid vials, prefilled syringes, lyo vials and blister packs
- Processing orders in accordance with applicable regulations and documenting them in accordance with the current
guidelines for good manufacturing practice (cGMP)
- Planning and coordination of orders from the various customers
- Initiating and actively participating in deviation reports
- Ensuring data integrity in your own work area
- Contributing to the accomplishment of common tasks and good cooperation within the unit and
entire organization by
- Willingness to cooperate with colleagues, superiors and customers
Must Haves:
- Completed vocational training
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, pharmaceutical analytics or
comparable field
- GMP experience is required
- At least 6 months experience in visual inspection
- Flawless vision at close range (glasses are not a problem). An eye test will be carried out as part of the
candidate selection process
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Conscientious, systematic and precise work
Nice to have:
- Experience with self-organized teams or you have already worked in a high performance team,
Experience with Lean Production Systems (LPS) and good handling of Google Suite
