Job Description
Integrated into the Brand Department, your main mission will be to oversee the development and coordination of our merchandising collection, ensuring product quality, brand consistency, and a successful market launch to deliver a coherent and innovative merchandising vision. In this case:
- You will manage product development from concept to production by overseeing projects, coordinating prototypes, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- You will work closely with creative, purchasing, and logistics teams and maintain strong collaboration with suppliers to ensure sourcing feasibility, order follow-ups, sample approvals, and quality testing
- You will drive innovation and continuous improvement by developing new products, integrating market trends, conducting market research and benchmarking to deliver strategic recommendations
- You will ensure smooth communication and alignment between all internal and external stakeholders to optimize collection development and resource allocation
Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in product development, merchandising, or project management, preferably in retail, licensing, or luxury goods
- You are fluent in French and have strong command of English, both spoken and written
- You have strong project management skills
- You are sensitive to design, trends, and the gifting industry
