DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Bedarfsplanung & Kundenkommunikation : Zusammenarbeit mit Business Units und Kunden zur Entwicklung eines zuverlässigen Bedarfsplans und Hauptansprechpartner für Versand- und Planungsinformationen.
• Operative & Masterplanung : Erstellung und Pflege eines realisierbaren Masterproduktionsplans auf Basis von Ressourcenanalysen sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem operativen Team zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
• Prognosen & Leistungsüberwachung: Entwicklung von Umsatzprognosen, Überwachung der Ist-Leistung und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Zielerreichung.
• Planungskennzahlen & kontinuierliche Verbesserung : Verfolgung relevanter Planungskennzahlen und Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur Prozess- und Leistungsoptimierung.
• System- & Compliance-Management : Pflege von Produktionsplänen im ERP-System unter Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Unternehmensvorgaben.

Ausbildung & Zertifizierung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder gleichwertig); eine Zertifizierung im Bereich Supply Chain ist von Vorteil. Berufserfahrung & Systemkenntnisse : 1–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, einschließlich ERP- und fortgeschrittener Planungssysteme (inkl. SAP); Kenntnisse in GMP-/ISO-Standards sind von Vorteil. Fachliche Kompetenzen: Ausgeprägte organisatorische, analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten; sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Tools zur Datenanalyse. Persönliche Stärken: Teamorientiertes Denken, proaktive Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit zur Einflussnahme in Matrixorganisationen sowie zur Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen.
