As product Manager you will be responsible for defining local product strategy in agreement with local management, regional & global marketing departments and implement supporting tactical plans/ projects
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develops and executes local product strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans in line with objectives
- Leads the development of promotional materials in compliance with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines
- Collaborates effectively as part of cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution
- Supports the preparation and delivery of advisory boards, congresses, and other key customer-facing events
- Creates training materials and supports the Sales Force with product knowledge, messaging, and competitive positioning
- Contributes to commercial planning processes, including financial target setting, demand forecasting and supply planning
- Identifies market insights and business opportunities through field visits, HCP interactions, and analysis of patient needs
- Monitors product performance and the external market environment; recommends and executes corrective actions when needed
- Manages product budgets, forecasts, and expenses, assessing the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
- Coordinates with regional and global marketing teams to align and execute centrally developed initiatives
- Leverages digital tools and channels to enhance HCP engagement, marketing effectiveness, and market intelligence gathering
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in bioscience, medicine, business, and / or economics
- Fluent/Business fluent English, German and ideally French
- Experience in marketing within pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience of product launches and product commercialization processes
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
