We're looking for a Pre Sales and Technical Support professional based in the APAC region to join our team.
Role Overview
The Pre Sales and Technical Support role is responsible for supporting all aspects of sales and delivery of our state-of-the-art low-latency cloud-based infrastructure solutions. This role involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support for client meetings, including solution design and bridging the gap between sales and product. The role also incorporates technical support of our Analytics products, including ownership of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and delivery of both off the shelf and bespoke solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery and Support
- Collaborate with the product team to specify, configure and deliver our out-of-the box and custom solutions.
- Gather requirements, perform gap analysis and be part of the evolution of the Beeks Analytics product family.
- Build and deploy configurations for client PoC and production projects.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and align with their business objectives.
- Provide local hours support for Beeks Analytics installations in North America.
- Respond to client technical questions and assist with product usage and training.
- Perform root cause analysis and live troubleshooting with or on behalf of clients.
Client Engagement
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Understand client requirements and challenges, especially focusing on their need for low-latency solutions.
- Provide technical consultation and guidance during the sales process.
- Support the sales team in articulating complex analytics use cases where deeper technical understanding is required.
Technical Expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies, with a specific focus on low-latency architectures.
- Understand competitive products and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to product teams on market needs and product improvements.
Technical Sales & Networking support
- Build and maintain relationships with technical prospects.
- Provide tech-to-tech support throughout the sales cycle, including PoCs.
- Deliver technical readouts at the conclusion of PoCs to validate success.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to speak with confidence and knowledge about virtualization, bare metal provisioning, and networking/colocation/cross-connect fundamentals.
- Familiarity with software development processes and DevOps practices including hands on experience of Linux and working knowledge of JSON.

Qualifications
