This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.
As an Personal Assistant to our partners you are the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving, and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
Your Impact
- Supporting your partners in all administrative and organizational matters
- You are responsible for complex calendar management, general inbox organization including drafting, reviewing and editing emails on behalf of the executive
- Creating PowerPoint presentations independently and coordinate business trips
- Proactively prepare internal and external meetings, write meeting minutes and do follow ups
- You will plan and organize conferences and events with up to 700 participants and keep track of the budget
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests with attention to detail and efficiency
- You will continuously develop your technical know-how and your soft skills through on- and off-the-job training
Your Skill Set
- You have a commercial diploma or a completed Matura and minimum 3 years of experience as an Personal Assistant in a dynamic environment.
- You are fluent in German and English (written and oral)
- You have excellent skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as good communication skills.
- You have excellent organizational skills, and you are service- and solution-oriented.
- You enjoy working independently, team-oriented and proactive.
- Thanks to your ability to prioritise tasks, your flexibility and your experience in a similar function, the daily hectic pace does not throw you off balance.
- Discretion and confidentiality are part of your principles.
- You use professional communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
