We’re looking for an HRBP who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to shape the people function of a global company. You'll be a key partner to leadership and managers across our Zurich and San Francisco offices, supporting all aspects of people management, including performance and development, compliance, and culture. You’ll also work closely with our global People team to ensure consistency and scalability as we grow.

What You’ll Do
Partner with managers in Zürich and across Europe and the US to support team development, performance, and engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, including employee relations, organizational design, compensation, and career development.
Help implement and scale key People programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee engagement.
Act as a cultural ambassador and ensure Lakera values show up in day-to-day interactions and systems.
Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and proactively manage HR risk.
Own and improve key people operations processes, working closely with our global team to ensure alignment across time zones and functions.
Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance on headcount, growth planning, and compensation strategy.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or People Partner role.
Experience working in a high-growth tech startup or fast-paced international environment.
Deep understanding of Swiss labor law and employment practices.
Comfortable balancing operational excellence with strategic thinking.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; able to influence without authority.
High level of autonomy, ownership, and discretion.
Proficiency in tools like Rippling, Culture Amp, Notion, and Google Workspace is a plus.
Proficient in English and German.
