Tasks

At gowago, no two mornings look the same. You’ll be the person who makes sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, from fresh coffee to functioning meeting rooms.
You notice when something’s off, and you fix it before anyone else even sees it.
You're a key part of our culture, making people feel welcome, helping them stay focused, and keeping the space flowing.

What you’ll do

• Support the Office Manager in the day-to-day running of the office
• Keep the space tidy, organised, and well-stocked
• Coordinate with facility services (cleaning, recycling, repairs)
• Welcome guests and make sure they feel taken care of
• Handle daily mail and package logistics
• Manage snacks, supplies, and meeting room setups
• Assist with onboarding tasks and internal events
• Keep our plants alive (they’ll thank you)

Requirements

• You enjoy helping people and get satisfaction from getting things done
• You’re reliable, proactive, and like creating structure
• You enjoy working onsite and being part of a team
• You speak English and German fluently (any additional languages are a plus)
• You’re available in the mornings, from Monday to Friday
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but the right mindset matters more!
