For the upcoming 2025/2026 winter season, we are looking for you as a night chef at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie level.

Key Responsibilities

If you love working at night and being independent of shift work, if you want to be your own boss and can handle your important responsibilities confidently and independently, then the ‘Night Chef on Top of the World’ work environment is exactly the challenge and springboard you need.
  • Independent work at night
  • Daily mise en place for breakfast
  • Support for the breakfast team
  • Responsibility for the 24-hour room service menu between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  • Compliance with quality standards in the kitchen area
  • Compliance with specified recipes
  • Joint responsibility for proper food storage and compliance with HACCP guidelines

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in a high-end 5-star restaurant.
  • Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness.
  • Structured and organised way of working.
  • Keen interest in team-oriented work
  • You enjoy working at night.
  • Very good German and English skills.
