Key Responsibilities
Together with our team, you will ensure that our hotel guests receive the best possible service. It is easy for you to welcome our late arrivals with a smile in one of the most renowned hotels in Switzerland and at the same time you guarantee a regular operation during the night.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Successfully completed specialised training
- Professional experience in a similar position for at least 3 years in a comparable hotel
- Knowledge of OPERA
- Expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-orientated work
- Very good knowledge of German and English and ideally knowledge of Italian and/or Russian
