We're looking for a Middle Office & Operations Coordinator to support our core administrative and financial functions and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and year-end financial statement support
- Cash flow monitoring and treasury activities
- Commission reconciliation and control
- Invoicing and VAT reporting
- Coordination of meetings and agendas
- Planning investor roadshows, marketing, and client events
- General middle office and administrative support
What We’re Looking For
You are:
- Reliable, methodical, and precise
- Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently
- Professional in client interactions and communication
- Comfortable in a small, flexible, and fast-paced team
- Discreet and committed to high standards
Your Profile
- Fluent in English and Italian (German is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial admin
- Experience in a client-facing or financial operations role is a plus
