Role Outline:
We are growing our team and looking for an experienced Magnolia Lead / Senior Engineer to design and implement robust digital experience solutions. You will lead projects, shape technical architecture, and collaborate with both technical teams and clients to deliver high-quality results.
In this role you will be reporting to our DXP Manager.

Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:
- Design and implement solutions using Magnolia DXP
- Act as Tech Lead and subject matter expert
- Define and maintain technical architecture
- Integrate with various marketing technologies
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Follow Agile development practices
- Provide accurate documentation, estimates, and project oversight
A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:
- 3+ years with CMS platforms (Magnolia or AEM preferred)
- 5+ years in software development with strong Java skills
- Experience with Spring, Blossom, REST APIs, SQL, and modern web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, AJAX)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, Confluence), Kubernetes, and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
- Solid understanding of architecture design, integration, and troubleshooting
- Very good English and German
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
