Main Tasks Logistics
- Manage EU Logistics inbox incl. prioritization of tasks by given color flags
- Execute product transfers
- Communicate shipping instructions to external vendors
- Forward shipping documents where needed and file documents accordingly
- Van support
- act as backup for various tasks when needed, be a team player
Main Tasks Service Vans
- Track weekly shipments (min./max.)
- Manage ad-hoc requests
- Maintain min./max. levels
- Process management - add and remove vans
- Maintain address data
Regional support
- Manage for grey card applications
Requirements
- Commercial education with a min. of 1 - 3 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in the bike or sports industry
- Great social, communication and networking skills
- Very good business understanding as well as good analytical and planning skills
- Distinct rider-centric mindset with a high service-orientation
- Responsible, dedicated, and pro-active person with high ability to stay calm and keep the overview and patience even in hectic times
- Very good communication skills in German and English with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members
- Profound IT user knowledge (MS Office, Outlook)
- Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
