At Roche Diagnostics, with a portfolio of over 1000 products spanning six Customer Areas, the Portfolio Management team plays a vital role in ensuring strategic oversight and alignment. As an intern, you will have the chance to work with a collaborative and dynamic team while making meaningful contributions:
Gain deep insights into the product portfolio of a global leader in diagnostics.
Analyze portfolio data and provide actionable insights to support strategic portfolio management.
Enhance and refine portfolio reports and dashboards for better adoption and usability.
Create and execute plans to effectively communicate portfolio analysis and tools to stakeholders.
Work closely with Cross and Customer Area Portfolio Managers to support portfolio activities.
Collaborate with the broader Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) team, including Analytics & Insights experts, to drive innovation and impact.
Participate in strategic decision-making processes and engage with key portfolio stakeholders.
Contribute to the optimization of portfolio management tools and processes that enable long-term success in Diagnostics and Customer Areas.
You are a proactive and curious individual with a passion for transforming healthcare and diagnostics. You bring a unique combination of skills, qualities, and experiences that enable you to make a meaningful contribution to our team. Here’s what you bring to the table:
You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or business within the last 12 months
You have strong analytical skills, including quantitative modeling and complex problem-solving.
You demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking, with an interest or understanding of pharmaceutical, diagnostics, medical devices, or related markets.
You possess excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You communicate insights clearly and compellingly, leveraging tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint to create impactful presentations.
