Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of key People & Organization initiatives, in a dynamic and international environment.The HR Project Coordinator works closely with HR colleagues, leaders, and external partners, to help turn diverse strategic HR initiatives (i.e., on Culture, Talent Management, Growth for all, Wellbeing, etc.) into well-executed cross-functional projects, coordinate activities and stakeholders to ensure timely high-quality deliverables, and provide the administrative support that underpins the efficiency of the HR function.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the planning, elaboration and execution of HR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, clear timelines and efficient resource coordination.
- Monitor projects’ progress, manage dependencies and support issue resolution to keep initiatives on track.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (i.e., plans, meeting minutes, decision logs, schedules, etc.) and regularly prepare and distribute reports, milestone reviews and risk analysis tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in HR initiatives, beyond specific projects.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize data related to HR projects or activities, to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, managing documentation and records.
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops and training sessions linked to HR activities.
- Contribute to optimizing HR processes and methodologies by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Support the implementation of tools, templates and best practices to enhance the quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with internal policies, relevant laws, and regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience within a HR organization for 18 to 24 months with similar role and ability to operate within a large corporation.
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality, and knowledge with HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
