Accountant (m/f/d) – Hospitality Sector | Based in St. Moritz
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury hotel group in St. Moritz for a Junior Accountant with 3+ years of relevant Swiss specific accounting experience in Switzerland. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a long-term career path within a structured finance team.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in line with Swiss regulations
- Handle VAT declarations and ensure compliance with Swiss tax law
- Manage accounts payable and execute payment runs
- Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing and dunning processes
- Manage rental agreements and internal invoicing using Opera Cloud or similar tools
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. Kaufmännische Grundbildung or similar)
- 2–3 years of accounting experience in Switzerland (hospitality industry experience is an asset)
- Sound understanding of Swiss VAT, AHV, BVG and withholding tax procedures
- Good knowledge of Excel and a readiness to work with digital finance tools
- Fluent English and at least B1-level German
- Organised, independent and precise working style
- Professional appearance and a strong sense of service
