We’re looking for a proactive and operationally experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our Repairs & Maintenance team. You’ll be the go-to person for health and safety advice, working closely with supervisors and managers to ensure our services are safe, compliant, and continuously improving.
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with a background in repairs and maintenance, as your insight into day-to-day operations will be invaluable in identifying practical health and safety risks and ensuring safe, efficient working practices across our sites.

You’ll:

- Be a trusted advisor on legislation, best practice, and emerging safety issues
- Deliver or coordinate training that empowers people to work safely and confidently
- Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, turning lessons into action
- Collaborate with colleagues to shape policies and procedures that work on the ground
- Provide clear, actionable reports that help managers make informed decisions
What We’re Looking For

- A NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) and membership of a recognised professional body (or willingness to join)
- Strong operational awareness and ability to work collaboratively with site teams
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and across multiple sites
- Confident using IT systems and digital tools
