For our team of Sales, we are looking for a:
Head of Sales
The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales service of the ARX Group. This role involves leading the sales team at group level and overseeing the regional sales teams, monitoring and ensuring the sales KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- General supervision, coordination and control of the Sales Group procedures;
- Monitoring the implementation of the group Sales strategy;
- Pushing strategic Domains: tools, presentations, etc.;
- Ensuring a general monitoring of Customer satisfaction;
- Verification of the correct understanding and application of processes;
- Sharing strategic information about partners and clients at the Group and local levels;
- Data statistics and analysis, reporting to Management;
- Creation of new tools and improvement/update of existing ones;
- Coordination between Regions/Offices and legal entities;
- Training on processes and tools related to the Sales area;
- Other support tasks upon request of the Regions/Offices
Ideal candidate profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
- At least 5 years experiance in a senior sales management role, with responsability over international markets or multi-region project portfolios.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid unterstanding of tendering procedures, public procurement regulations, and contract negotiation in the civil engineering field.
- Experience in dealing with government bodies, international clients, and/or Join Venture partners.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional proficiency in French, German, italian.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The position requires regular travel to Grono, but may be based at any ARX subsidiary or performed remotely.
