We are looking for a Hardware Engineer with RF expertise to join our fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. As a core contributor to the Hardware Engineering group, you will design, validate, and optimize devices that rely on Cellular (2G/LTE-M/NB-IoT), GNSS, and BLE. You’ll play a hands-on role in prototyping, bring-up, RF testing, and product integration of our asset monitoring devices.
This is an ideal opportunity for a practical, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to take full ownership of RF devices development from concept to deployment.
Your main areas of accountability:
- Design and implement RF ultra-power devices, including antenna selection and layout, impedance matching, filtering, and intermodulation mitigation for Cellular, GNSS, and BLE.
- Design PCB layout with focus on RF performance.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and testing using RF lab equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators).
- Define and execute test plans for RF performance, certification (e.g., RED, FCC, PTCRB), and field validation
- Contribute to system-level hardware architecture decisions with a focus on reliability and manufacturability.
- Support regulatory testing and compliance efforts for wireless products.
- Partner with embedded, mechanical, and test engineers to bring high-quality products to market.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience in hardware development for RF devices systems and low power
- Proven experience with Cellular (LTE-M/NB-IoT), GNSS, and BLE RF design.
- Knowledge of RF simulation and layout tools (e.g., ADS, CST) is a plus.
- Experience with Altium Designer.
- Strong lab skills and familiarity withRF and electronic test equipment.
- Hands-on experience with PCB bring-up, debugging, and validation.
- Experience with certification processes (FCC, RED, CE, PTCRB).
- Familiarity with low-power embedded systems and IoT constraints is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to work across disciplines.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
If you’re passionate about wireless technology, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want to help digitize global logistics, we’d love to hear from you!
