We are currently looking for a B2B Global Account Manager based in Zurich to drive Strategic growth in our Switzerland region. You will be responsible for driving Logitech commercial B2B sales to large global accounts. You will do this through heavy influencing and direct engagement with key decision makers and influencers at various levels in the organization up to and including the VP-level and C-Level executives.
Your role is to determine or define clear solutions that meet the needs of your partners, resulting in outcomes that exceed business expectations. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales Engineer, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing functions.

Provide and lead in the successful completion of customer engagement strategies together with our Solution Engineering, Customer Success and Global Deployment teams.
Orchestrate and unify sales strategies for your Swiss headquartered Global Customers across all Logitech regions, working closely with local sales teams in other regions.
Maintain an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota. Proficient in CRM Tools (Salesforce).
Focus on prospecting new accounts and developing top global accounts headquartered in Switzerland.
Build and execute global account plans within a CRM platform (Salesforce).
Strong desire to win global deals, RFPs, and Standards and even take on tough accounts while delivering quarterly revenue commitment and strong forecast.
Maintain an accurate global project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.
Stellar storytelling and presentation skills. You will manage the sales cycle which includes the creation of client presentations and demos.
Lead the discussions with channel partners including System Integrators and VARs to fulfil customers’ global requirements.
Work with global peers to develop, manage, and drive high level account strategy
Coordinate focused team activities and designate accountability to meet customer expectations
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Relevant sales experience and demonstrated success in Global companies with an assigned sales quota.
Strong written and verbal communications in English and German (French and Italian would also be beneficial)
Strong presentation skills
Thorough understanding of complex sales in a two-tier partner sales environment.
Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and strong understanding of cloud solutio.ns. Direct sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.
Previous experience building strategic enterprise account plans.
Proficiency in social media tools such as LinkedIn; Sales Navigator.
Excels with SFDC (Salesforce Data Cloud) to manage, update and ensure pipeline sufficiency.
Able to do hands-on solutions demos in-person with our customer.
Experience working on large RFP projects is a plus.
Passion to be on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through the way we communicate, connect and collaborate.
Previous experience building strategic account plans with a team.
