Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to work on the Swissquote Marketing website (www.swissquote.com). In this role, you will develop and optimize custom components using Next.js, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. You will closely collaborate with designers, Drupal developers, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining high technical standards.
- Develop and maintain Next.js 14+ components connecting to a headless Drupal, using native CSS and React.js.
- Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and participate actively in the architecture and design of applications / features
- Work closely with designers, copywriters and project managers to identify the needs and implement solutions accordingly
- Drive complex projects with minimal oversight, delivering features iteratively
- Ensure high standards of code quality and continuous improvement of best practices
Qualifications
- Master degree in computer science with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in React.js, TypeScript (5+), JavaScript, Node.js (23+), CSS (native and PostCSS)
- Good experience with code testing (Jest), code quality (linter)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with CSS/JS animation, Next.js, GraphQL, Drupal 10+, JSON:API is a plus
- Strong technical, analytical and communication skills
- Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and a committed team player with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in French, English is a plus
