Bistrot Service – Welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks efficiently, ensuring a relaxed and informal yet high-quality experience.
Fine Dining – Guiding guests through the menu and wine list, executing precise service steps, and coordinating with kitchen.
Room Service – Preparing trays/trolleys, ensuring timely delivery to rooms, discreet and polished guest interaction, handling billing.
Bar – Supporting bar service by taking and serving drink orders, maintaining cleanliness of bar area, upselling cocktails or wines.
Guest Relations – Managing reservations, handling complaints gracefully, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in all outlets.
- Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, preferably within 5*L hotels.
- Sommelier certification or strong wine knowledge.
- Dedication to luxury service, precision and guest satisfaction.
- Natural leader with hands-on approach and collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in English and Italian; German or French is a plus.
- Swiss or EU work permit, or eligibility to obtain one.
