We are seeking our amazing Product Manager future colleague to join our Loyalty APP Team for our Global Baby Care brand. This role requires a visionary leader with proven experience in loyalty programs and mobile applications, capable of driving both discovery and delivery efforts. You will be pivotal in defining and prioritizing the Loyalty APP product backlog, ensuring that our development team consistently delivers user-centric value in each sprint.
Working closely with UX/UI designer, engineering lead and data analyst, your goal will be to deliver performance improvements of existing capabilities & features as well as building experiences that will unlock future growth and success of the Pampers Rewards APP. To do this, you work closely with the Business manager, Regional teams and analytics to ensure that development efforts prioritize features that deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Lead discovery work to identify innovative solutions to consumer problems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on features that deliver maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment on product requirements and priorities.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring all features are thoroughly tested and qualified before release.
- Measure & analyze feature impact post-launch and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineering leads, and data analysts to optimize existing capabilities and develop new features.
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Managers and Regional teams to synchronize development efforts with broader business strategies.
- Translate consumer and business requirements into technical solutions, fostering both brand management and technical expertise.
- Continuously enhance technical skills to bridge commercial needs with technical possibilities.
The role is unique within P&G, as it will require you to build not only “traditional” brand management skills, but also continuously foster your technical expertise as you are translating commercial & consumer requirements into meaningful technical solutions.
