Job Description:
- 2-4 years of desktop support, ServiceDesk, End User Support, Deskside, IT manager, IT Admin, IT Support or IT helpdesk experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Mac OS (macOS) or Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, MDM tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Break- Fix exp is highly desired.

Pay: CHF49’000.00 - CHF51’000.00 per month
