Your role:
In this role, you will help manage customers along the full life cycle from onboarding, over growth to renewal. You will support Customer Success efforts by preparing for Business Reviews, tracking performance metrics, and running customer feedback surveys. Additionally, you will oversee operational tasks such as coordinating support tickets, improving our software (Planhat) and evaluating potential new tools.
\uD83D\uDD0D What you’ll do:
- Support the Customer Success team in daily operations
- Support in planning and preparing customer meetings such as Business Reviews and projects such as case studies
- Coordinate and manage customer support tickets internally
- Conduct customer analyses such as NPS campaigns to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain training materials and support documentation
- Helping to handle invoicing and related administrative tasks
- Assist in optimising and further developing processes in Customer Success
- Evaluate and recommend tools for customer success operations
- Implement and manage tools for measuring and tracking OKRs
\uD83D\uDEE0️ What you’ll need:
- You are fluent in German, both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus!
- University level studies (ongoing or completed)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You’re proactive, with a strategic mindset and a “get it done” attitude to keep projects moving
- You ask questions and communicate insights clearly to drive action
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
