For our Global Sales Department based in Bironico (Switzerland), we are looking for a:
Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of sales administration processes, serving as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and internal departments. This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries professionally, processing orders, providing essential documentation and assistance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in line with company procedures.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Order Process Management
Customer Master Data and Inventory Management
Manage and Improve Billing Process
Manage Customer Communication and Coordination of Customer requests
Claim Management
Manage Logistics Process (as per regional organization).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in an industrial or multinational setting;
Proficiency in SAP, experience with SAP SAC, SAP HANA or Salesforce CRM is a plus;
Customer-oriented approach and above average communication skill;.
Open-minded and curious personality that appreciates cultural diversity and working in an international environment;
Good interpersonal skills, hands on approach, problem solver;
Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian, German, or French is advantageous.
