For our client, we are seeking an experienced CRM Service Administrator who is willing to leverage their expertise in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems to ensure the best possible service and customer satisfaction.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility for the implementation of local/global processes in Salesforce Service (scoping, user stories, incidents, defects).
- Meeting local needs in dealing with global and regional CRM and ERP systems.
- Interface maintenance and optimization of various systems in customer service
- Driving/implementing process optimizations.
- Conducting health checks in SAP and Salesforce.
- Participation in international change management meetings
- Processing and documentation of complaints and inquiries in CRM
- Acts as support and contact person for customer service and its interfaces
- Strengthening service back office services
Requirements:
- Completed commercial/technical apprenticeship or higher vocational education
- Several years of experience as a key user with CRM and ERP systems (preferably SAP and Salesforce)
- Experience in implementing transformation projects and monitoring KPIs.
Languages:
- Fluent German (C1 / C2 level)
- Advanced English (B2 level)
