Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, is looking to expand its team in Switzerland. As a subsidiary of a major international financial group, they offer a broad range of financial products including leasing, consumer loans, insurance, and service solutions – distributed through both affiliated and independent car dealerships.
They serve customers under various brand-specific business units and operate from their head office near Zürich. To strengthen their Finance Department, they are currently seeking a committed and detail-oriented Controller.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Create internal and external reporting packages, ensuring accurate and transparent financial insight.
- Monitor and analyze financial and commercial KPIs proactively.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes with reliable data and insight.
- Ensure adherence to group-wide policies and financial guidelines.
- Act as a sparring partner and business partner for various internal departments.
- Contribute your expertise to finance and accounting-related projects.
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification.
- Solid knowledge and 2–5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex financial contexts.
- Assertive and dynamic personality with high self-motivation.
- Resilient and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent German and English skills; French is an asset.
